A Kubernetes and Azure cost audit is a fixed-scope engagement where a senior platform engineer analyzes your estate over roughly two weeks and delivers a written report: where money is wasted, which workloads are over- or under-provisioned, which reliability risks are live, and a prioritized savings plan with concrete next steps.
How much does it cost? +
Fixed price, agreed upfront, typically 3,000 to 6,000 EUR depending on the size of the estate (clusters, subscriptions, workload count). No hourly billing, no surprises.
What access do you need? +
Read-only access only: a read-only Kubernetes service account and an Azure Reader role, plus billing or cost export access. Scope is documented before we start and you can revoke it the day the audit ends.
How long does it take and how much of our time? +
About two weeks end to end. Your team spends roughly two hours total: one kickoff call, access provisioning, and one findings walkthrough at the end.
