How it works

Simple for the host.

A city or municipality hosts

The workshop is ordered and paid for by the organizer, a city or municipality. You provide the venue and invite participants, and for citizens the workshop is free.

The programme author leads the workshop

The workshop is arranged by D2 Solutions as the partner for Nova Gradiška and the surrounding area. It is delivered on site by Damir Druško (dD Tech), who wrote the programme, so the content is adjusted to the group that signed up.

Materials and certificate at the workshop

Every participant gets a 3D-printed QR plaque. Scanning it opens a short survey and gives immediate access to all materials and a personalised certificate of attendance. The plaque stays with them, so the materials remain available later.

What the client gets

One date is five weeks of work.

The client is not buying a one-off event, but five weeks of preparation, delivery, and measurement.

Four weeks before
Arranging the date and venue, opening registrations, and copy and visuals for your channels and notice boards.
One week before
Reviewing registrations and the group profile, so the content and examples are set for that specific room, not for an average.
On the day
The guided programme, an open hour, and QR plaques for downloading materials and certificates of attendance.
Day seven
A short survey to participants by email, on whether they applied what they learned.
Day ten
A summary report to the client: how many came, how they rated it, and what they took away.

No admin burden for you

Participant registrations and personal-data processing are handled by dD Tech through its own system, as the data controller. The client does not collect or store anyone's personal data, so the workshop creates no administrative obligation for them.

Report

Digital literacy you can see

On the tenth day after the workshop, the client receives a summary report with numbers: attendance, ratings, and application of what was learned.
